Universidade CPFL: A University for Education and Entrepreneurial Transformation
CPFL Energia, one of the largest private groups in the Brazilian electricity sector, has restructured its Corporate University. Renamed CPFL University, it counted with an average annual investment of R$14 million. The Institution expanded its availability of training and qualification courses for the Group's almost 14,000 employees and for the community. With this new role, CPFL University will facilitate knowledge development, encourage professionals to lead their careers, and inspire CPFL colleagues to develop new skills. Lanatta™ was responsible for creating the new brand's visual identity and language entirely. This project also included renovating the university's main entrance and updating the lobby and common areas.
